定义 · 7.6 等距变换与共形变换

显然，这是 $M$ 上全体度量之间的一个等价关系，其等价类称为共形结构(conformal structure)。变换 $g\to {\mathrm{e}}^{2\sigma }g$ 称为外尔重标度(Weyl rescaling)。$M$ 上全体外尔重标度构成一个群，记作 $\mathrm{Weyl}(M)$。

Clearly this is an equivalence relation among the set of metrics on $M$ . The equivalence class is called the conformal structure. The transformation $g\to {\mathrm{e}}^{2\sigma }g$ is called a Weyl rescaling. The set of Weyl rescalings on $M$ is a group denoted by $\mathrm{Weyl}(M)$ .
