若一个时空容许一个处处类时的基灵向量场 K，就称它是定常的(stationary)。在渐近平坦的时空中，我们通常对它作归一化，使得渐近地有 $K^2\to -1$。

A spacetime is said to be stationary if it admits an everywhere timelike Kililng vector field K. In asymptotically flat spacetimes, we usually normalise this so that $K^2\to -1$ asymptotically.
