定义 · 6.2 带电黑洞

遗憾的是，一旦遇到类时奇点，这种演化就不再可能进行，因为我们需要知道奇点处场的行为。我们看到，$\Sigma$ 上的数据只能演化到内视界 $r=r.$ 为止。这个零曲面 $r=r.$₋ 称为柯西视界(Cauchy horizon)。

Sadly, once we encounter a timelike singularity, such evolution is no longer possible, because we need information about what the fields are doing at the singularity. We see that the data on $\Sigma$ can only be evolved as far as the inner horizon $r=r.$ . The null surface $r=r.$ ₋ is called a Cauchy horizon.
