其中 b 为常数。若把它写成 r sin $\varphi =b:$ 的形式，这个解的含意就更清楚了：这是一条水平直线的方程，该直线位于原点上方距离 b 处，如图 7 中的虚线所示。距离 b 称为碰撞参数(impact parameter)。

for constant b. The meaning of this solution becomes clearer if we write it as r sin $\varphi =b:$ this is the equation of a horizontal straight line, a distance b above the origin as shown by the dotted line in Figure 7. The distance b is called the impact parameter.
